HR Advisor: Culture, Engagement & ER in Warehousing

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the Mountain Warehouse operation in Peterborough. This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00, providing proactive HR support for managers and colleagues across a busy warehousing operation.

Working with the HR Manager, you will deliver the site People Plan, support engagement initiatives and ensure best-practice HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and development.
