HR Advisor: Construction Recruitment & People Growth

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team in North Leeds. This role will support HR projects, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with HR policies. The candidate should have over 3 years of experience in a similar role and hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification.

The position requires excellent organisational and IT skills, as well as a strong understanding of UK employment law. Travel to regional offices may be necessary.
