HR Advisor: Change, Training & Employee Relations

NHS in Dartford is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to provide high-quality HR support to managers and staff. You will be responsible for advising on employee relations and delivering training, while actively engaging in improving HR practices and building strong relationships. This role requires a CIPD qualification or equivalent and a strong background in operational HR.
