HR Advisor (6 Month FTC) - Policy, People & Payroll

Clinigen in Weybridge is seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a 6 month FTC to provide proactive HR support to internal customers and people managers as part of the HR Operations team.

You will advise on employment issues, assist with sickness handling, disciplinary and grievance processes, recruitment support, payroll interface, and HR policy maintenance. This role also supports change management and training on employment law.
