HR Advisor

Unicard are seeking an HR Advisor to provide a professional, efficient and customer-focused HR advisory service across the Company, supporting managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle.

Full time - closing date 23rd July - Poole

Working closely with the HR Business Partner and wider business, the HR Advisor will provide practical advice and guidance on HR policies, employee relations, absence management, performance, onboarding, probation and other day-to-day people matters, ensuring a consistent approach and compliance with relevant employment legislation.

The HR Advisor will also support the effective delivery of core HR processes, maintain accurate HR data and records, contribute to HR reporting and projects, and help develop a positive employee experience while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards at all times.
