This is a temporary role and the rate is £18.84ph PAYE

The successful candidate will delivery of comprehensive HR generalist advice and support to managers and employees, and timely and proactive management of the full range of employee relations casework, escalating more complex issues to senior colleagues or specialist teams as appropriate.

They will support Senior HR Business Partners and HR Business Partners with the day-to-day operational delivery of People Plans and activities, including organisational change (restructures, TUPE) and will promote awareness and application of HR policies and procedures within the supported service area.
