HR Advisor

We are seeking a motivated HR Advisor to join our client based in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 2+ years HR experience who is eager to expand their skill set and play a key role in supporting a growing dynamic organisation.

The HR Advisor will provide first-line HR support to managers and employees, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The role involves maintaining HR records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing holiday and sickness records, and handling leaver processes.

The HR Advisor will also assist with employee relations matters and contribute to HR projects, policies and engagement initiatives, working closely with compliance and other stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and a positive employee experience.

This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday with excellent benefits.
