HR Advisor

Over the last 12 months, Glasgow Prestwick Airport has experienced exceptional growth. As our cargo import and export operations have expanded, so too has our workforce, with new departments created to support increased demand across the airport.

To ensure we remain at the forefront of operational excellence, our HR function is now looking to expand. We are seeking an experienced HR Adviser.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive advisory support ensuring an effective, efficient, and aviation industry-compliant HR service is delivered across the organisation.

Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted HR administrator, supporting a dynamic and diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
