The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own HR operations across the UK, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and performance management
  • Lead the full employee life-cycle processes
  • Champion engagement, well-being, and DEI initiatives
  • Support organisational development and change management
  • Maintain HR systems and deliver data-driven insights - being data and tech savy is preferred
