HR Advisor - Shape Positive Culture & People Growth

Open Road Visions is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our HR team at Head Office, Colchester. You will provide professional HR advice across the organisation, manage employee relations matters, support managers, and help deliver positive workplace culture. The role requires CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it), experience in employee relations, and the ability to handle confidential information. Salary £33,000-£35,000 pro rata per annum for 22.5 hours per week; closing date 18 August 2026.
