About you
  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience (desirable)
What you'll do
  • Advise managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management
  • Support recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
  • Conduct investigations and assist with formal HR processes
  • Coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
  • Monitor HR metrics and support continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and company policies
  • Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing programmes
