HR Advisor - Full Lifecycle & Projects (Aberdeen)

Eden Scott is recruiting an HR Adviser for a growing business based in Aberdeen. You will join a small HR team, reporting to the HR Manager, gaining exposure to operational HR and various people projects across the employee lifecycle.

You will advise managers and staff, handle disciplinary and absence matters, maintain HR records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a supportive environment.
