HR Advisor - Flexible Work, Learning & Impact

Potens Group in Birkenhead is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to deliver high-quality advisory services across their national portfolio. You will support managers with employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance, impacting the employee experience positively.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR, particularly in Health & Social Care, and a good understanding of UK employment legislation. A CIPD qualification or equivalent HR degree is required.

This position offers a salary of £35,000 per annum, with flexible working options available.
