HR Advisor - ER, Policies & Systems Champion

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking an HR Advisor to be the trusted first point of contact for people advice across the Group. You will support employee relations, policies and processes, and guide managers through complex ER cases as the business continues its growth.

This role sits in the Group HR Team, reporting to the Group Head of HR. A CIPD qualification is desirable and you should excel at communication, attention to detail, and driving improvements while championing self-service for HR
