HR Advisor - ER & Change Lead (FTC 2026/27)

Hitachi Rail UK Limited in Bristol invites you to join our HR Advisory team as an HR Advisor on a fixed-term basis until March 2027. You'll be the first point of contact for employee relations, supporting managers across the business in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle complex ER cases, work on change initiatives, and contribute to manager toolkits and HR resources while traveling to UK sites as needed.
