HR Advisor - Employee Relations & UK Travel

Mears Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Gloucester-based team. This full-time role provides pragmatic employee relations support across the full lifecycle, in a high-volume environment with travel to branches across the UK.

You'll advise on absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and casework, train managers, analyse HR data for trends, and collaborate with Occupational Health where needed to deliver practical HR solutions aligned with our social values.
