HR Advisor - Employee Relations & Compliance

Ernest Doe & Sons Limited in Ulting, England, is seeking an HR Advisor to join a highly customer-focused HR team, supporting Directors, Managers and employees across 19 sites with travel to branches when required.

You will advise on employee relations, apply current employment law, maintain electronic HR files, support recruitment, and oversee HR administration and policies. CIPD Level 5 or studying is expected, with strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
