HR Advisor - Employee Relations & Analytics Lead

Lotus Cars invites a proactive HR Advisor to join the Group HR Department at our Coventry site. Reporting to the HR BP, you will provide first line advice and support to the business and its employees, taking the lead on employee relations and HR analytics.
