HR Advisor - Creative Agency

Overview

A leading media agency are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team asap.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist duties for two of the agency's c. 500 employees, working closely with the wider people team, including another HR Advisor.
• Oversee all people issues including advising on ER issues, with a focus on performance management.
• Support the HR Team and the wider agency's management community; be a team player with knowledge of UK employment law.

Qualifications

• Highly organised, passionate, and experienced HR professional (ideally 2 years' experience in an advisory capacity).
• Ready to make an immediate impact in a large agency.
• Knowledge of UK employment law; credible with ER. CIPD Level 5 is a strong preference but other candidates meeting all requirements will be considered.
• Hybrid working (3 days in the office), with Central London based offices.
