HR Adviser - Growth & Change in Finance Services

Eden Resourcing is seeking a proactive HR Adviser to join a small HR team within a Financial Services organisation during an exciting period of change. You will provide first-line HR advice across the employee lifecycle and help deliver key people processes.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you'll manage day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, pre-employment checks and payroll changes, while supporting performance reviews and HR reporting.
