We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join a Corporate firm based in the City. This role is working 8.45-5.45pm and offers hybrid options. A few years solid experience as a HR Administrator in a medium to large company is essential. The role Co-ordinate and arrange interviews Gathering feedback after interviews from the interview panel Responsible for managing the Trainee scheme Organise and co-ordinate all new joiner induction schedules Assist with employee engagement survey Manage pre-employment process for all new joiners Manage leaver administration To keep up to date with HR trends Manage monthly payroll input
