Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the human resources department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing contracts and induction materials.
- Handle general HR-related queries and direct them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations in all administrative tasks.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records for employees.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or human resources role within the business services sector.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using HR software and general office software like Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
