Are you passionate about people, precision, and making a real impact behind the scenes? We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Administrator to join our collaborative team and help deliver a seamless, supportive, and values-led people service.

As a HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team with both professional and administrative tasks, while supporting on all aspects of the recruitment and employee lifecycle. This role is key to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and people-focused service, with a strong commitment to safer recruitment practices throughout.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Preparing and issuing offers and contracts
  • Carrying out pre-employment checks with a strong focus on safer recruitment and compliance
  • Supporting monthly payroll data and ensuring accurate input into our HR Information System
  • Collaborating closely with Administration Managers and the Payroll team
  • Updating internal systems, issuing employee change letters, and responding to HR queries
