HR Administrator

Location: Bedford
Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours
What you'll be doing- Providing strong administration support to our HR Team, including HR Business Partners and Advisors
- Managing the HR email inbox, ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion
- Updating employee personal files
- Ensuring Right to Work documentation are up to date and compliant with legal frameworks
- Providing sound advice in HR matters to employees as required
We're after someone who can communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business. You will need to be organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once. We are a diverse workforce, so an understanding of, and experience dealing with, different cultures is a must.
- Strong, demonstratable administration experience
- Great time management
- A working knowledge of Right to Work requirements
- Some experience using HR systems
- Ability to multi-task, prioritising your workload
