Introduction/Overview

VANRATH is partnering with a respected Antrim-based organisation to recruit an HR Administrator. HR professional to support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and general HR administration. The role offers the opportunity to assist with key HR processes and initiatives while working as part of a collaborative team.

Salary

• Up to £30,000

About You / Candidate Requirements

• CIPD or working towards the qualification is desirable
• Previous experience in an HR administrative environment.
• Understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage tasks both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR function, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update employee information on internal systems while safeguarding confidentiality and data protection standards.
• Support onboarding processes by coordinating documentation, verifying right-to-work requirements, and assisting with induction activities.
• Assist with employee lifecycle activities, including preparation of new starter materials and supporting off-boarding procedures.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and projects related to employee engagement, wellbeing, and learning and development.
• Assist with HR operations and employee relations processes, including preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and supporting departmental communications.
