HR Administrator - Parental Leave Cover & Onboarding

Aston Martin Lagonda Limited is looking for an HR Administrator for a 12-month parental leave cover. This part-time role involves assisting employees with HR queries, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining HR systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident, and has excellent attention to detail. Candidates with administrative experience or those on a CIPD qualification path are preferred. This position is based in Gaydon, Warwickshire and may require occasional travel to other sites.
