You'll be joining a team looking to supercharge the company's scientific computing capabilities and help researchers tackle data. This is a key role - designing, implementing, and managing HPC clusters, cloud, and research data storage systems. You'll be part of greenfield technical initiatives, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with various IT departments to ensure researchers receive the best service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in parallel storage systems like GPFS / Spectrum Scale, or Lustre, alongside a solid grasp of HPC systems and advanced Unix/Linux administration. You'll engage with scientific teams to integrate instruments with data management platforms while providing training and support on best practices.
The company offers a competitive salary of £100,000-120,000 per annum and is based in London. Be part of an innovative team dedicated to advancing scientific discovery.
