Housing Support Worker - Buxton Project 
Working across 4 Sites .3 in Buxton .1 in Glossop Own Vehicle Essential
37.5hrs
Temp - Perm
Early 8-4 - Middle 10-6 - Late 12-8
Monday - Friday
The role:- Working for a Housing Association
- Supporting young people within care, including UASC and looked after children
- Supporting towards independence and living in their own property
- Supporting with education, health, and day to day support
- Working with 16-19 care leavers, looked after children and also UASC
- (unaccompanied asylum seeking children)
An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS is Required for this role
