Housing Support Trainee - First-Contact & Inclusion

Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking a Housing Support Officer for the Customer Access Team. Based at The Woolwich Centre, you will provide the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone or via email, helping to prevent homelessness and explain housing options.

The role requires good knowledge of housing legislation, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
