Housing Support Officer - Empower Tenancy Readiness

You will be working as part of the housing support team, supporting up to 60 individuals at one of our larger Temporary Accommodation schemes in Shrewsbury. You will be on site, helping households who have become homeless progress with their cases and identify barriers such as mental health, substance misuse, domestic abuse, employment and debt management.

With the Housing Options Team, you will empower residents to become tenancy ready and move from temporary accommodation into settled homes
