Job Description
North Tyneside Council is seeking a motivated Homeless Support Officer to join the Homeless Prevention Team. You will triage housing and support needs, arrange appointments, signpost residents to services, and provide essential administrative support to ensure effective homelessness prevention.
You will handle invoices, financial transactions, and contribute to performance data while maintaining accurate ICT records.
