Housing Stability & Recovery Worker

Change Grow Live in Lancashire is seeking a Housing Support Recovery Worker to provide wraparound support to clients in housing crisis, including emergency and temporary accommodation, with a focus on preventing homelessness and sustaining tenancies.

You will coordinate with health and social care agencies, attend MDT meetings, and work with local authorities to strengthen joint initiatives. A background in housing support and experience with vulnerable populations is essential.
