Housing Solutions & Case Triage Officer

Slough Borough Council is seeking a Housing Support Officer to assess homelessness applications, provide housing advice, and help customers find suitable housing solutions. The role focuses on meeting legal duties under homelessness legislation and preventing homelessness wherever possible.

You will work with landlords, partner agencies, and internal teams to deliver a professional, customer-focused service while managing a busy caseload and maintaining accurate case records.
