Housing Services Area Manager (Ref 2026-2)

Location: Belfast, Coleraine & Portadown

The Area Manager is responsible for the delivery of a front line, comprehensive housing service, within a designated Area in the Belfast Region, and will lead and support their team to meet the needs of customers and other business objectives.

To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.

The current salary for this post is £53,460 - £63,580 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
