Mears is seeking an organised and proactive Planner to join our local repairs team in Gillingham. You'll play a vital role in ensuring repairs are scheduled efficiently, works are allocated to operatives, and jobs are completed quickly and to a high standard, acting as the key link between residents, operatives and colleagues.

The role requires experience in scheduling multi-trade repairs, strong IT skills with job management systems, GCSE English and Maths, and the ability to work in a
