Housing Repairs Administrator & Scheduler

Axis CLC Group is seeking an organised Administrator to join the Repairs & Maintenance team, supporting reactive, planned and disrepair works for housing association and local authority residents. Based in Greater London, you will coordinate repairs, maintain records, and keep residents informed as part of a long-term partnership with Newham.

You will manage calls, schedules, and documentation, liaise with operatives and residents, and ensure KPI targets are met.
