Housing Options & Temporary Accommodation Officer

Barnsley Council's Housing Options Team is recruiting for a practitioner to prevent homelessness, support tenancy sustainment and manage temporary accommodation in Barnsley. The role involves early intervention, liaising with partners and helping customers to stabilise housing situations.

You will handle tenancy sign ups, property readiness, stock, and co-ordinate with contractors to minimise void times, with a flexible approach including home visits and lone-working when required.
