Job Description
Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking a committed individual to support the Housing Options Service, helping clients who are homeless or at risk and providing advice at first contact to progress homelessness assistance.
The post holder will undertake a variety of tasks including processing homeless applications, answering queries, and providing homeless administrative support to Housing Officers in a busy, customer facing environment.
