Housing Needs Officer - Impactful, Flexible Housing Support

Dacorum Borough Council is seeking an enthusiastic Housing Needs Officer to join our Housing Needs team in Hemel Hempstead. You will support residents through their housing journey, assess housing need, and help ensure council homes are allocated to those who need them most.

You will work with vulnerable customers, partner agencies and housing colleagues to deliver person-centred solutions that prevent homelessness, support tenancy sustainment and improve community outcomes.
