Housing First Worker

You will provide intensive, flexible, and trauma-informed one-to-one support to help women with complex needs maintain their own independent tenancies after experiencing long-term homelessness. You will support women holistically with their interdependent needs which could include addiction, offending, mental health, abusive relationships and sex work. You will be based at MASH, a women's organisation, where we acknowledge that women experience homelessness differently and therefore gender-informed approach is required.
