What they're looking for

Applications from Solicitors, Fee Earners, and Paralegals with a solid track record in housing disrepair. Claimant or defendant experience is valued, and while Personal Injury experience is a bonus, it's not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a caseload of housing disrepair claims (pre- and post-litigation)

• Drafting and managing interlocutory applications

• Liaising with Counsel and providing clear instructions

• Managing complex cases with confidence

• Working across small claims, fast-track, and multi-track matters

About You

• Previous housing disrepair experience is essential

• Strong working knowledge of CPR and Housing Conditions case law

• Target-driven with a commitment to exceptional client care

• Confident communicator with excellent telephone and negotiation skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
