Position Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in litigation to join a highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm in Liverpool City Centre.

You will be a Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years' experience dealing with litigated matters. You'll manage your own caseload, primarily focusing on Housing Disrepair cases, but there may also be opportunities to work on other areas such as Personal Injury or Data Breach cases.

You should have a strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and experience handling fast track and multi-track litigated matters.
