Job Description
A public sector legal firm is seeking a dynamic housing lawyer in Harlow to manage a caseload of around 90 housing disrepair cases. The ideal candidate must be a qualified solicitor with relevant experience and have a willingness to attend the office at least once a week. Responsibilities include providing legal advice to Council departments, negotiating settlements, and representing the Local Authority in court. Successful applicants will engage in team collaboration and contribute to the training of junior staff.
