Job Description
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council is seeking a proactive Disrepairs Officer to join our Assets and Compliance team. You will manage disrepair cases from notification to resolution, coordinating with surveyors, contractors, legal services and residents to protect tenants and ensure legal compliance.
The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and a working knowledge of housing disrepair legislation.
