Accommodation Officer needed in North London Paying £16.64 per hr ref 013432

Full time hours on a temporarybasis

• Manage a caseload of service users requiring accommodation, move on support, or tenancy sustainment
• Assess housing and support needs and develop personalised accommodation plans
• Allocate and manage temporary, supported, or general needs accommodation
• Conduct property inspections, void checks and ensure accommodation standards are maintained
• Support clients to sustain their placements, including addressing arrears, behaviour issues, and safeguarding concerns
• Liaise with landlords, property teams, support providers, and partner agencies
• Maintain accurate case notes, records, and reports in line with statutory and organisational procedures
• Support move on pathways into permanent, supported or alternative accommodation
• Manage risk through regular assessments and safeguarding awareness
• Handle queries relating to placements, housing options, and tenancy management
