Housing & Maintenance Lead - Team & Budget Excellence

Focus Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Housing Manager to lead and manage the Housing Management and Maintenance service within your area of responsibility. This full-time, permanent role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive service improvements while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will oversee staff rotas, performance reviews, budgeting and financial controls, and maintain housing records in the Housing Management System (Affinity).
