in March 2020, the government announced spending of £1bn to remove and replace unsafe non-ACM cladding systems on high-rise residential buildings in England. The GLA is delivering this programme in London. The Fund was previously open for applications between June 2020 and July 2020

this £100m+ programme provides older and disabled Londoners with well-designed, accessible homes. Funding is available for new-build and remodelling existing schemes
the Fund makes £38 million available - a combination of revenue and capital funding to support building new homes that are genuinely affordable for local people. This will include a revolving loan fund of up to £10m, which will help make the sector more sustainable

Domestic Abuse Safe Accommodation Homes Programme

DASAHP has been developed to bring together capital and revenue funding to increase safe accommodation provision for domestic abuse survivors and their children in London. Capital funding of up to £8.5m from the Affordable Homes Programme (AHP) 2021-26 has been paired with up to £1.1m revenue funding from the Part 4 duty under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021. This will enable the delivery of new and improved safe accommodation, with associated specialist support services, to improve outcomes for survivors in London

Domestic abuse safe accommodation led 'by and for' grants fund

The Mayor has launched a grants fund for led 'by and for' providers to deliver much-needed services to victims/survivors of domestic abuse across London.

Total amount of grant£6m per annum over three years, subject to future Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) funding being allocated to the GLA

Grenfell Assisted Home Ownership Scheme (GAHOS)

the Mayor of London is delivering the Grenfell Assisted Shared Ownership Scheme (GAHOS), which provides funding of £40m to enable eligible households to purchase a stake in their current social rented home on similar terms to if they had purchased their Grenfell home through the statutory Right to Buy scheme
