Housing & Care Scheme Manager - Extra Care

Job Search Place Limited is recruiting a Scheme Manager for Birch Lea Park in Ellesmere Port. In this role, you will deliver intensive housing management services, ensuring that residents live independently and safely. You will be responsible for overseeing compliance with health and safety regulations and providing support to older tenants.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building management and working with older people, possess excellent communication skills, and hold the necessary qualifications at GCSE level or equivalent. An understanding of health policies and a Full UK Driving Licence are also required.
