Housing Adviser: Homelessness Prevention & Support

Citizens Advice New Forest is seeking a Housing Adviser to oversee the delivery of our housing advice service across the New Forest, focusing on clients at risk of homelessness. The role involves face-to-face, telephone and online appointments to provide practical, empathetic guidance.

You will build partnerships with NFDC and other agencies, assess housing options, assist budgeting, signpost to specialists, and help prevent homelessness through practical support.
