Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and management of the housekeeping department.
• Shared responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the housekeeping department.
• Collaboration with internal and external cleaning staff.
• Ensuring and implementing Motel One Housekeeping standards and responsibility for cleanliness in all areas.
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal coaching, cross-training and induction of new employees in Housekeeping.
• Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Ideally have professional experience in the hotel/catering and/or cleaning industry or be looking for a change of career.
• Enjoy developing employees - management experience is beneficial.
• Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as an aptitude for keeping things clean and tidy.
• Be open and communicative and have a solid command of English.
• Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments - we achieve our results together.
